Please allow up to two weeks to receive your original art and fine art prints. If the fine art print is on stretched canvas, please allow up to four weeks as it is custom made. If the artwork is shipped International please allow up to six weeks.

Is my art work covered by Insurance and is it packaged properly when shipped?

Insurance is covered on all orders. All artwork is packaged professionally. The stretched canvas prints and stretched original pieces of art will be ready to hang. Any products purchased on flat canvas will be posted in a tube.

What do I do if I want an original painting?

If you would love a personalised piece of art with a specific story, colours and size please Renee for a quote. If you accept the quote a 50% deposit is required, once the painting is completed the other 50% is required before shipping artwork to you. Your painting will be strung and ready to hang immediately.

How does shipping work?

All purchases will be automatically charged at the checkout. The stamp duty is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
